Returns/Exchange

Wallife India do not takes the order back on the basis of likings. However, if you have received wrong order which was not placed by you or material which was received by you mistakenly instead of your order. Please speak to the Sales representative you were dealing with.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

To get a replacement of the incorrect order received. You should have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Note – Wallife India do not consider Returns and Refunds, as we presume the material was bought and ordered after well consideration by the customer.

If it is the case of an incorrect shipment sent to customer, please speak to the Sales representative you were dealing with. And once we receive the incorrect order sent by you, we will inspect and notify you that we have received your returned items.  After inspecting the error if your return is approved, we will initiate and send you across the correct material that you had ordered. Also, we will immediately notify you about the same on a whatsapp group created for you or on the phone number provided.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for above shared returning cases. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
