All the designs & quantity ordered gets checked with the customers before proceeding to deliver. Therefore, no return cases are considered. If you have received different product than ordered than please reach out to the sales representative who helped you to complete your order. 

We offer no exchange/no returns/no refund on dislike basis.

You can raise a dispute within 24 hours of delivery of broken/defective/damaged items, by sending an email to - info@walllifeindia.com with images/video recording of 1st time opening of the product will also assist us to understand the matter more clearly. 

Please share the video recorded at 360 degree angle while unboxing. The issue must visible and clear in video without any pause or cut. 

Please send the video within 5 to 6 hours of parcel received, after this period it will not be considered.

No, all courier / porter / transport charges are paid by custumer only.

The color of the desings in the pictures may vary with a slight marign from the actual pictures.

You can check your order status with the Transporter / Courier Company Only once it is shipped from our company warehouse.

Generally we deliver the order within 24 to 48 hours, if it is local or NCR delivery. For long distance deliveries the actual time depends on courier / transport company.
