Thank you for visiting and shopping at www.wallifeindia.com. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

 

Domestic Shipping Policy

 

Shipment processing time

 

All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours (2 to 3 business days) subject to the complete payment processing from the customer’s end. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or holidays.

 

Local Shipping 

 

If the order is received in the 1st half of the day, then order will be dispatched in the 2nd half of the day. If the order is received 2nd half of the day, then the order will be dispatched the next day. (These conditions may be impacted by the availability of the mode of transportation or from delivery partners end.

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by couple of days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via whatsapp group, email or telephone whichever is preferred by the customer.

 

We will update this section if our default processing time exceeds 2-3 business days.

 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated / Shared and displayed at checkout or through our Sales officer.

 

Shipment method – Courier / Transport / Commercial Vehicle

Estimated delivery time – 24 to 48 hours in general cases (2 to 3 business days)

Shipment cost  - Courier – To pay / Transport – 1500/- (fixed cost and subject to change) / Commercial Vehicle – As per the actual delivery location

 

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

 

Due to unforeseen/unexpected/unplanned/incorrect delivery location events, the delivery of material can be impacted which is beyond our or human control and needs to be taken under consideration.

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

 

 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation text inside the whatsapp group, once your order has shipped containing your Courier Slip with tracking number or Builty number or delivery confirmation. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours depends on the mode the material has been sent through and on delivery partner’s process.

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

 

Wallife India is not responsible for any kinds of customs or taxes applied to your order or comes under that category. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer and the 3rd party delivery partners (tariffs, taxes, etc.) and has to be discusses with them only.

 

Damages

 

Wallife India is not liable for any products damaged, stolen or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim and report the incident.

 

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

International Shipping Policy

 

We currently do not ship outside India.
