Dear Customer / प्रिय ग्राहक,

In order to bring a great experience to you and have a smooth process of delivery. We have incorporated few guidelines for our customers that are mentioned below.

आपके लिए एक शानदार अनुभव लाने और डिलीवरी की एक आसान प्रक्रिया के लिए। हमने अपने ग्राहकों के लिए कुछ दिशानिर्देश शामिल किए हैं जिनका उल्लेख नीचे किया गया है।

1. Please share Screenshot after the payment.

1. भुगतान के बाद कृप्या स्क्रीनशॉट साझा करें।

2. We offer NO exchange / No Return / No Refund on dislike basis.

2. हम नापसंद के आधार पर नो एक्सचेंज / नो रिटर्न / नो रिफंड ऑफर करते हैं।

3. B Grade designs/Non Code may have little variations/misprinting, therefore, No guarantee can be given on the same.

3. बी ग्रेड डिजाइन/नॉन कोड में थोड़ा बदलाव/गलत छपाई हो सकती है, इसलिए इस पर कोई गारंटी नहीं दी जा सकती है।

4. For any A Grade related issues please share the slip in which Batch No./ Code should be mentioned on them. Always match 2 rollstogether to see whether designs are similar or different.

4. ए ग्रेड से संबंधित किसी भी मुद्दे के लिए कृप्या वह पर्ची साझा करें जिसमें बैच नंबर/कोड का उल्लेख होना चाहिए। यह देखने के लिए हमेशा 2 रोल एक साथ मिलाएं कि डिजाइन समान हैं या अलग हैं।

5. For any quantity variance, please do let us know the box number /carton number to check the same.

5.किसी भी मात्रा में भिन्नता के लिए, कृप्या हमें इसकी जांच करने के लिए बॉक्स नंबर / कार्टन नंबर बताएं।

6. For the Safety of your goods You can opt out of 2 packings. A) Normal Box packing with tape. (Product may have wear & tear) - free/- each box B) Box with bora, rassi and tape. (Almost no Wear & Tear) - Price 25/- each box

6. अपने सामान की सुरक्षा के लिए आप 2 पैकिंग में से  एक चुन सकते हैं।

ए) टेप के साथ सामान्य बॉक्स पैकिंग। (उत्पाद में टूट-फूट हो सकती है) - मुफ्त/- प्रत्येक बॉक्स

बी) बोरा, रस्सी और टेप के साथ बॉक्स। (लगभग कोई टूट-फूट नहीं) - कीमत 25/- प्रत्येक बॉक्स

7. To report any damage / wrong item shipped / missing item, Please share the video recorded at 360 degree angle while unboxing. The issue must be visible and clear in video without any pause or cut. Please send the video within 5-6 hour of parcel received post this period it will not be considered.

7. किसी भी क्षति / गलत आइटम भेज दिए जाने / लापता आइटम की रिपोर्ट करने के लिए, कृप्या अनबॉक्सिंग के दौरान रिकॉर्ड किए गए वीडियो को 360 डिग्री कोण पर साझा करें। वीडियो में बिना किसी रोक या कट के समस्या दिखाई और स्पष्ट होनी चाहिए। कृप्या पार्सल प्राप्त होने के 5-6 घंटे के भीतर वीडियो भेजें, इस अवधि के बाद इस पर विचार नहीं किया जाएगा।

8. All courier/porter charges will be handle by the customer.

8. सभी कूरियर/पोर्टर शुल्क ग्राहक  द्वारा संभाले जाएंगे।

9. All transport expenses from warehouse such as commercial auto, loading/unloading, Builty expenses are paid by the purchasing party-(1500/- is the fixed amount to be paid for the same). If you have your own transport/porter? Let us know.

9.वेयरहाउस से सभी परिवहन व्यय जैसे कमर्शियल ऑटो, लोडिंग/अनलोडिंग, बिल्टी व्यय का भुगतान क्रेता पक्ष द्वारा किया जाता है- (1500/- निश्चित राशि है जो इसके लिए भुगतान की जानी है)। यदि आपके पास अपना परिवहन/कुली है?  हमें बताइए।

10. In case of Exchange (in rare cases)/ Return cases, one side shipping paid by customer. Please do not negotiate on the same.

10.  एक्सचेंज के मामले में (एक आधे मामलों में)/वापसी के मामलों में, ग्राहक द्वारा एक तरफ शिपिंग का भुगतान किया जाता है। यह रेट फिक्स है

11. Designs color may vary asseem in the images

 11. फोटो सेिजाइन का रंग थोड़ा अलग हो सकता है।

12. Once the order is given to the transporter, status should be checked with Transporter/courier service company only.

12. एक बार ट्रांसपोर्टर को आदेश दिए जाने के बाद, केवल ट्रांसपोर्टर / कूरियर सेवा कंपनी के साथ अपने ऑर्डर की स्टेटस को जानिए |

13. Some small issues like thread/mark/folds/little tear etc. are not considered in damage.

13. कुछ छोटे मुद्दे जैसे धागा/निशान/फोल्ड/थोड़ा टूटना आदि को क्षति में नहीं गिना जाएगा |

14. NO DISCOUNTS please, all prices shared with you are already at best ratesin consideration to bulk quantity ordered by you.

14. कृप्या डिस्काउंट मांग कर हम हमे शर्मिन्दा ना करें। सभी समान पहले से ही सही दाम पर दिए गये है।

15. We love to serve you but allow us some time to resolve your query or concern.

15. हम आपकी सेवा करना पसंद करते हैं लेकिन हमे आपके  प्रशनो के उत्तर देने के लिये 24 घन्टे का समय दिजीये |

16. To have error free dispatching and delivering. Please be patient and allow some time to our team to do the process errorfree for you.

16. त्रुटि मुक्त डीसपेचिंग और डीलीवरी करने के लिए। कृप्या धैर्य रखें और हमारी टीम को आपके लिए त्रुटिरहित प्रक्रिया करने के लिए कुछ समय दें।

17. Your ordered stock can be kept at our warehouse for 15 days only, for free of cost. After 15 days will be charged at 1000/- per day.

17. ऑर्डर स्टॉक को हम 15 दिन से ज्यादा अपने गोदाम में नहीं रख सकते हैं यदि आपका माल 15 दिनो से ऊपर हमारे गोदाम में रेहता है तो 16 दिन से हर दिन का 1000 चार्ज लगेगा |
